Shipping Policy

The A.M. Contemporary Furnishings processes orders 7 days a week on a daily basis with a 3 P.M. cutoff time. Orders received after the cutoff time will be processed the following day. Order processing includes handing time and transit time. Handling time is the time for the products and merchandise to be prepared for shipping. Handling time is 2-3 days. Transit time, the time the products are in transit to the delivery location is 0-1 day. Delivery scheduling shall exclude Labor Day, July 4, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. The A.M. Contemporary Furnishings Holiday Schedule is subject to change, and every effort will be made to accommodate our customers in the event of a scheduling conflict. Delivery times are Monday - Saturday during regular business hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The A.M. team will also be in contact to discuss special circumstances such as PPE masking, pets, narrow driveways, or any other difficulties that may be encountered. We will make every effort to accommodate special circumstances.

Free Local Delivery (25 mile radius)

Local orders in Orange County and Los Angeles County are processed and deliver for free if the delivery radius is within 25 miles of our Buena Park address of 6970 Aragon Cir. Our delivery service includes unloading the merchandise from the delivery vehicle, moving the merchandise into the residence, and placing the merchandise into your home. The delivery does not include moving the merchandise up or down flights of stairs. Once the merchandise is inside the home the item is considered delivered and the customer takes responsibility of any further moving. The customer must sign a delivery ticket as acknowledgement of completion of delivery and merchandise condition as new. Should a client refuse a signature the delivery will be returned by The A.M. Contemporary Furnishings.

Domestic Shipping U.S. Only

Non-local orders outside the free delivery radius of Orange County and Los Angeles County will require shipping services provided by outside vendors. Non-local order will process in 10-15 business days. This will allow for preparation of the merchandise as well as identifying qualified delivery carriers experienced in fine furnishings delivery. Non-local delivery service prices will vary depending on location and size and weight of the merchandise. Prices will vary and will be calculated at the online checkout.

Free Pick Up

Pick up is available to all customers at our Buena Park location, 6970 Aragon Cir #4. Pick-up times can be arranged by phone or email, or by our appointment link on our contact page. Pick up appointments are available Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm, and Sunday by appointment only.

Prior to loading the merchandise into the pick up vehicle the customer must sign a delivery ticket as acknowledgement of receipt of the merchandise condition as new. Should a client refuse a signature the order is cancelled without issue.

Return Policy

Returns are only allowed within 5 days upon receiving your items from the time of pick up or delivery. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition, any merchandise showing damage will not be accepted or processed. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refundable.  It is the responsibility of the customer to returned items back to the A.M. Contemporary Furnishings in Buena Park at 6970 Aragon Cir #4. To simplify the process we offer to pick up returns at the flat rate of $50.00 when picked up from a location within 25 miles radius from our Buena Park Location. Otherwise customers must make arrangements with a carrier or delivery service. After receipt of the returned merchandise refund will be processed within 15 days.
